Your property will be photographed by our experienced photographer and we will advertise it on the most important real estate portals. We will communicate with interested parties, whose creditworthiness and solvency we will verify through qualified interviews and searches of registers. We will find you a reliable and reputable tenant who will take good care of the property.

We will take care of regular payments and monitor deadlines. We send tenants automatic reminders to pay the rent, we will solve for you any late payments after the due date and the recovery of the owed amount if the tenant is late with the payment. We have developed legal procedures to protect the landlord, with the possibility of quick termination of the lease in case of non-payment of rent. and the tenant always remembers when the rent must be paid.

We are in contact with the tenants. We visit the apartment at regular intervals so that you have an overview of the current state of the property. We also check individual items of equipment. We repair minor and major defects immediately. Tenants can also contact us in case of accidents, for which we are also prepared. We keep the property in perfect condition at all times. Thanks to our regular inspections of the apartment, the owner always knows the condition of his property

But our list does not end there. Renting an apartment brings with it many small worries, for which we take full responsibility. With the tenants, we will deal with service billing, settlement of arrears, making the apartment available for energy consumption, as well as minor repairs and contract amendments. Contracts, tenants, payments for services, apartment inspections, minor repairs, settlement of arrears on bills - this will no longer affect you. Use this time for yourself and for what really matters to you.
PRICELIST
- Property management: 10% of the rental price without fees / month
- Collecting mail: CZK 500 / month
- Cleaning: CZK 200/hour
- Representation of the owner at SVJ meetings: CZK 750/meeting
- Real estate tax payment check: CZK 500 / year
- Preparation and submission of a tax return (for real estate, for income): CZK 2,500 / piece
- Apartment furnishings: 15% of the price of selected furniture
- Consultation of a lawyer: CZK 2,420 / hour
